Role Overview We’re looking for a high-energy, performance-minded

Social Media Manager

who knows how to create content that wins both organically and in paid environments.

This role is equal parts strategist, creator, and on-camera personality. You understand that what works for organic engagement is different from what converts in direct response ads. You know how to concept UGC that feels native, authentic, and scroll-stopping. You are comfortable being the face of the brand when needed and excited to help build national awareness for Pestie.

This is not a “post and schedule” role. This is a growth role with real ownership over creative output and channel performance.

This is an on-site position at our headquarters in Bluffdale, UT.

What You’ll Do

Own Pestie’s social presence across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels

Develop and execute content strategies that drive both organic growth and paid performance

Concept, script, and appear on camera in UGC-style content

Create platform-native content that aligns with trends, formats, and cultural moments

Collaborate with paid media teams to develop high-performing ad creative

Understand and clearly differentiate between brand content, organic engagement content, and direct response ads

Analyze performance data and iterate quickly based on results

Build repeatable creative frameworks that can scale across campaigns

Engage with the community and help shape Pestie’s voice and personality online

Stay ahead of trends and proactively bring new ideas to the team

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience managing and growing social media channels

Proven track record of growing organic audiences

Experience creating UGC-style content that has performed in paid ads

Strong understanding of performance metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS

Comfortable and confident being on camera

Strong creative instincts and ability to concept ideas quickly

Clear understanding of the differences between paid and organic content strategy

High energy, self-starter mentality, and bias toward experimentation

Ability to move fast while maintaining brand quality

Bonus Points For

Experience in DTC or e-commerce brands

Background in content creation, acting, hosting, or storytelling

Experience working closely with paid media teams

Light editing skills in tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects

Familiarity with influencer and creator partnerships
