$30.32 - $39.42 / hour Summary
Provides oversight and management of the Lee Health real estate portfolio. Manages the payment and collection of rent, analyze variances, review critical dates and develop procedures to provide thorough real estate transaction support. Analyzes and reconciles financial provision of leases including rent, common area maintenance (CAM), taxes, insurance, and other additional expenses to ensure accuracy, lease compliance and generate savings. Coordinate with and support Lee Health Legal in the review and analysis of real estate contracts, clauses, stipulations, obligations and liabilities to ensure they meet Lee Healths requirements. Communicates regularly with property owners, property managers, as well as internal staff, including finance, construction, legal department, and LPG/Outpatient leadership. Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience Requirements
5+ years real estate/lease administration experience (Required) Additional Requirements
