
Responsibilities
The Private Dining Manager will solicit, confirm and coordinate new bookings for all private dining events. This will include utilizing CI to block space, prepare contracts, and detail event orders for the clients.
This Private Dining Manager will prepare, implement and compile, with the assistance of a Sales Leader, yearly and quarterly strategic action plans to ensure revenue goals are achieved. These will typically be updated on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
Strong sales or catering sales background
General food & wine knowledge
Menu and event planning experience
Event execution experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to be effective to several socioeconomic / demographic levels
Excellent sales contract closing capabilities
Goal oriented and highly self-motivated; can work with minimal direction
Outside connections to the local business and social communities
