What does a Field Sales Manager do at Swire Coca‑Cola? Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca‑Cola brands within field‑level accounts.

Responsibilities

Achieve volume targets for channel of business

Achieve performance profit targets

Train and develop account management team

Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break)

Requirements

High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent required

Valid driver’s license required and vehicle required

4+ years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry required

2+ years previous experience in leadership role required

2+ years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Base pay range is $65,827 to $86,398 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
