Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and a minimum of three years of experience drafting and revising complex agreements for clients in the real estate and/or construction industry. Experience drafting and negotiating design, construction, and consulting agreements is preferred but not required. This position requires a candidate with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to accept significant responsibility. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for some of the country’s highest-profile clients and construction projects.For consideration, please submit a resume, official transcript(s), and one or two writing samples all in PDF format.
