Role Overview We are hiring a
Sales Engineer
who can drive customer acquisition and partner development across the UK and international markets.
This is a high‑impact role for someone who combines technical understanding with strong commercial execution.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities for
RF sensor and tuner IC/module products
Build relationships with:
Distributors and channel partners
Overseas brands and OEMs
Local UK/EU companies in relevant sectors
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation > qualification > closing
Support technical discussions with customers (with internal engineering support)
Represent the company at industry meetings and events when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in semiconductor, RF, wireless, IoT, sensors, or electronics sales
Able to bring or build a pipeline of qualified leads
Comfortable working with distributors and global customers
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Compensation
High commission structure
Performance bonus
Location Remote (UK‑based, Europe, US preferred), with occasional travel.
