Responsibilities

Develop high-level marketing and communications design projects in print and digital formats with national visibility

Direct high-level creative art and conceptual design projects from concept through production, including the coordination of other design resources

Collaborate with executive level leaders and marketers to establish design and delivery expectations for large and complex projects

Act as a creative consultant and provide art direction to develop innovative and creative solutions that support firm's visual brand strategy

Designs and presents creative concepts to internal clients in a dynamic manner that influences direction

Explore and promote new software and AI platforms that enhance creative projects

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications

Minimum one year of recent professional design and creative experience; in house experience at a professional services firm a plus

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

Strong portfolio of design content showcasing your skills and experience

keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content

Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, storyboarding, and animation

Advanced knowledge of design software - Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Microsoft, and other collaborative design tools a plus

Demonstrated experiences in developing innovative solutions including the use of AI in creative executions

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
