Product Specialists
work alongside their team to ensure our customers and partners have the best possible experience and achieve their desired outcomes. Our goal is to build customer loyalty by consistently exceeding service and delivery expectations.

Responsibilities
Keep our customers at the center of decision making.
Write customer quotes and follow through, consistently looking for opportunities to go the extra mile.
Monitor inbound phone and email inquiries in order to provide timely response to customer requests.
Research and answer technical questions about our products in order to effectively help our customers solve problems.
Work with manufacturers and other vendors for product information, availability and status.
Listen to customers and understand how to meet the needs they are describing.
Qualify the customer and share our value propositions.
Follow up with customers who need technical assistance with products.
Take notes diligently on customer profiles. They should include (but are not limited to) equipment type, parts needed, purchasing process, decision makers, etc.
Manage and maintain all communication needed between intercompany departments; Accounting, Shipping/Receiving, and Sales.
Work within team to create and accomplish sales forecasts.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
2+ years in a role where you were responsible for taking care of regular and new customers. Business-to-business experience is helpful.
Be a problem-solver at heart with a technical mind to help.
Have some experience in industrial refrigeration or a similar industry.
Be experienced working with a cloud-based ERP system including inventory management functionality.
Have knowledge of Open Book Business practices and a passion for achieving team goals.
Possess solid PC skills with experience using Google Apps and/or Microsoft Office in a business setting.
Be fun and positive in their contributions to the Pluck culture.
