
A growing multi-location consumer organization is seeking a
Graphic Designer
to support its in-house marketing team. This role focuses on the design and production of integrated marketing collateral across digital and print channels, with an emphasis on localized campaigns and community-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design and produce digital and print marketing materials including paid media assets, social graphics, email templates, landing page visuals, signage, and direct mail
Support integrated campaigns from concept through final production
Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and design standards across all platforms
Adapt creative to support localized marketing efforts and community initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Optimize digital creative for paid, web, and social platforms
Review engagement and performance metrics to refine and improve creative effectiveness
Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality execution
Qualifications
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-driven digital and print work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience working within established brand guidelines
Working knowledge of marketing principles and customer journey strategy
Ability to balance creative execution with business objectives
Experience supporting multi-location or service-based organizations preferred
Experience designing for localized or community-focused campaigns highly desirable
Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma or Canva preferred
Motion or video editing experience is a plus
