Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated recruitment marketing strategies for undergraduate, graduate, and non-traditional students.

Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, web, social media, and events) to drive prospective student engagement.

Oversee brand management to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all recruitment materials.

Manage digital marketing, web content, CRM tools, and performance analytics to optimize outreach and ROI. Coordinate marketing support for recruitment events, open houses, and community engagement programs.

Plan and manage the marketing budget, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

Contribute to strategic enrollment planning and collaborate across departments to promote FSU Panama City programs and initiatives.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of experience related to media, communications, and/or marketing services, or a combination of post‑high school education and experience equal to eight years.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing, recruitment, or communications.

Knowledge of multi-channel marketing, brand management, and digital communications.

Strong collaboration, project management, and communication skills.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design.

Proficiency with content management systems.

Experience in higher education marketing and student recruitment.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Understanding of enrollment trends, data analysis, and web accessibility.

Helpful The Strategic Marketing Manager provides leadership and oversight for all campus marketing and recruitment initiatives at FSU Panama City. This role serves as the primary strategist for recruitment marketing, brand advancement, and integrated communications, working to enhance student enrollment, campus visibility, and community engagement. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the incumbent collaborates closely with the Advancement Marketing & Media team and the Enrollment Management team to promote academic programs, signature research, student success, and the distinctive identity of FSU Panama City.

Anticipated Salary Range Starting at $48,000, commensurate with education and experience.
