Role Overview We’re seeking a
Senior Product Designer with a strong UI and Interaction Design focus
to join a UX organization working at
massive multi-brand scale (6,000+ branded sites) .
This is an
execution-heavy role
centered on crafting
clear, polished visuals and refined interaction behaviors
while working
within an established design system . You will be building on top of existing components and patterns — enhancing quality, consistency, and usability through strong visual and interaction design.
This is
not a greenfield or conceptual UX role .
This is about
high-fidelity UI, interaction polish, and system-driven execution .
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver
high-fidelity UI
across web experiences
Execute on top of an
existing design system and component library
Craft thoughtful
interaction details
(hover states, transitions, motion, micro-interactions)
Define and refine
scroll behaviors, image movement, and dynamic UI states
Refresh and modernize
multi-brand consumer (B2C) experiences
Ensure visual clarity, hierarchy, and consistency across templates and layouts
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ship
polished, production-ready designs
What We’re Looking For
Strong
visual design and UI craftsmanship
Deep experience with
interaction design and micro-interactions
Proven ability to work
within and extend design systems
Experience delivering
polished, high-fidelity interfaces
Comfort designing
motion, transitions, and dynamic states
Ability to show
similar shipped UI / interaction patterns
in portfolio
Advanced proficiency in
Figma
(components, variants, libraries)
Ideal Background
Senior-level Product / UI / UX Designer
Experience in
system-driven or template-based environments
Comfortable operating in
fast-paced, execution-focused teams

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $70.00/hr.
