The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our Lead-to-Order processes are optimized, compliant, and scalable for global deployment. You will be responsible for overseeing complex system configurations, maintaining robust data integrity, and navigating the intricacies of a multi-platform environment involving Salesforce and Oracle CPQ.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and execute high-level Salesforce CRM administration tasks, including complex data management, custom reporting, and the maintenance of a sophisticated security model.
Lead the configuration and optimization of Oracle CPQ, focusing on refining quote-to-order processes to improve sales velocity and accuracy.
Conduct regular audit and compliance checks to ensure all system processes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Support data migration initiatives by ensuring data mapping and transformation activities align with business logic and architectural standards.
Facilitate global deployments by coordinating with cross-functional teams to align local business needs with global system templates.
Oversee integration and reporting tool management to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights into the sales pipeline and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working within Salesforce and CPQ environments.
Salesforce Certified Administrator is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Proven track record with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and large-scale global system deployments.
Technical familiarity with data migration methodologies and various integration and reporting tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical functional specifications.
