We are looking for a

Marketing Manager

to join our team. Salary range is $68,225.49 to $85,281.86. This position is On‑site.

SCOPE As a dedicated member of the OnPath FCU team, this role performs a variety of tasks that, in partnership with surrounding departments, provides cost‑effective financial services. Our core values are E.P.I.I.C. (Empathetic, Passionate, Innovative, Integrity, Committed).

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS The Marketing Manager reports to the Vice President of Marketing and plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that support organizational goals. The role collaborates across departments and with external partners to deliver effective initiatives, drive engagement, and support membership and revenue growth.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead day‑to‑day planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, managing coordination and delivery.

Utilize market analysis and demographic data to inform decisions on potential members, products, and services.

Continuously monitor market trends to proactively identify opportunities and implement changes to maximize ROI.

Track and analyze campaign performance and KPIs, making data‑driven adjustments to optimize results.

Promote transparency and accountability through clear communication and research‑based strategies.

Work closely with cross‑departmental teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and support collaborative projects.

Collaborate with the Creative Brand Manager to create and review campaign components, including direct mail pieces and digital communications.

Support marketing campaign management for the OnPath Foundation.

Assist the Vice President of Marketing in allocating the marketing budget.

Manage PR communications, programs, projects, and events in line with brand standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Experience Five to eight years of experience in marketing campaign management, including preparatory positions.

Education / Certifications / Licenses A college degree in marketing, business, or related field is required.

Interpersonal Skills High level of trust, credibility, and diplomacy. Ability to engage in sensitive and confidential conversations with customers, reports, and vendors.

Other Skills Hands‑on involvement in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns with strong emphasis on market analysis and performance data.

Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Fluent in Microsoft Office, Excel, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and related applications.

Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives on time and within budget.

Experience demonstrating ROI in marketing campaigns, including research, data analysis, and reporting, is preferred.

HubSpot knowledge is essential for digital campaigns.

Financial institution marketing experience is a plus.

ADA Requirements Physical Requirements Primarily sedentary work; limited physical exertion. Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs, climb/descend stairs in emergencies. Operate routine office equipment. Work 4‑6 hours per day on computer; extend hours as required. Reliable attendance.

Working Conditions Work indoors in a climate‑controlled private office with minimal noise.

Mental and/or Emotional Requirements Perform functions independently or with team; plan and direct own and others’ work. Read and execute complex written & oral instructions. Communicate clearly. Handle multiple priorities calmly under deadlines. Exercise discretion on confidential matters.
