Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Construction Business Development Specialist, located in Rochester, MN, with some work from home flexibility. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through lead generation and market research, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's design/build and value‑engineering services. Day‑to‑day tasks include meeting potential clients, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Qualifications
Analytical skills and Market Research Lead Generation and Communication skills Customer Service abilities Experience in the construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
