Open new accounts and memberships – including business, fiduciary, and personal
Handle member debit card items
Perform account maintenance for members
Handle complex member inquires and needs
Expand member share of wallet, and ensure strong e-service adoption
Handle all in-person member requests that are not performed on the teller line, except loan applications
Back-up the teller line
Create Raving Fan Experiences with every member helped!
Requirements
Strong attendance record
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Proven ability to complete complex transactions and forms accurately
Positive attitude
Ability to achieve set sales goals
Willingness to go above and beyond service expectations for our members
