Senior Cybersecurity Program / OT Security Consultant Lake Mary, FL
We are seeking a senior cybersecurity professional to support enterprise cybersecurity programs, framework implementation, and Operational Technology (OT) security initiatives. This role will drive alignment with industry standards, support system implementations, and strengthen security posture across IT and OT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support implementation and optimization of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, CMMC, ISA/IEC 62443, CIS Controls). Provide expertise in OT networks, industrial protocols, devices, and asset security. Support compliance initiatives including NERC CIP and other regulatory requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cybersecurity programs, system implementations, and change management efforts. Support cybersecurity risk assessments, process improvements, and security control validation. Facilitate meetings, provide technical direction, and support project execution. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of cybersecurity, IT, or OT security experience.
