We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Builder who can expertly assemble electrical panels by interpreting customer-specific blueprints and schematics. This role requires a meticulous approach to ensure that all assemblies meet quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities Tap and wire panels according to specified instructions. Read and interpret customer-specific blueprints and schematics accurately. Inspect the quality of builds to ensure they adhere to blueprint specifications. Ensure the correct wires and parts are used for building panels. Perform point-to-point wiring. Conduct wire tightness tests using calibrated torque tools. Essential Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints. Experience in panel building and electrical assembly. Ability to perform detailed panel wiring and control panel assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with basic hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic cable assembly. Why Work Here? The facility is temperature-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment. Pay ranges from $19 to $34 per hour based on experience, with specific rates for different experience levels: Level 1 ($18-22/hr), Level 2 ($22-25/hr), and Level 3 ($25-30/hr). Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00/hr.
