Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail. Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and professionalism at all times. Handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity. Coordinate and support high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes. Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by executive leadership. Requirements: Minimum of 6+ years supporting C-level executives or equivalent experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities. Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
