We are hiring a
Service Advisor
who takes ownership of the customer experience and helps drive shop performance. This is primarily a front-counter role focused on customer communication, estimating, and workflow management.
We are a team-oriented shop, and during peak times or unexpected absences, you may assist with basic shop tasks such as oil changes or inspections to help keep operations running smoothly.
Position Overview
This role plays a key part in keeping workflow smooth, customers informed, and vehicles serviced efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating closely with technicians to ensure expectations are met.

Primary Role - Service Advisor
Greet customers and assess service needs Present recommended services clearly and professionally Write accurate repair orders Manage workflow and technician communication Keep customers updated on timelines and approvals Occasional Shop Support (As Needed)
Perform basic oil changes or inspections during peak demand Assist technicians to maintain workflow efficiency Maintain clean and safe work areas What We're Looking For
Automotive experience required Strong communication and sales ability Comfortable with computers and shop management software Professional, dependable, team-oriented Willingness to step in where needed to support the team Valid driver's license Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus Start Your Future Today
Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must have a valid drivers license Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and punctuality
