Performs administrative duties for Co-Head Global Motion Pictures Marketing. Your role responsibilities include: Arranging executive calendar and scheduling meetings, independently or as directed; assisting in coordination of special events, conferences, and other projects as needed Screening, logging, and answering/placing calls, in addition to greeting clients, talent, creative staff, and executives Updating timelines, distribution groups, and workflow calendars for assigned projects & activities originating out of home office Coordinating international and domestic travel, and hotel accommodations for departmental team. Handling all aspects of travel, including expense reports Typing correspondence, reports, schedules, agendas, etc. Maintaining various files, records, indexes, and logs. Making photocopies of reports, documents, and other materials Responsible for department budget invoices as necessary (SAP). Responding to inquiries, audits, and code invoices. Ensuring all purchase order requests are signed and placed into the shopping cart. Preparing check requests or expense reports for departmental team. Opening, reviewing, recording, and distributing or organizing mail Performing other related duties and/or special projects as assigned Qualifications & experience include: Minimum 3 years previous executive assistant experience strongly preferred Previous studio experience preferred Must be tactful with personnel at all levels of company and be discreet with departmental information Must be able to prepare clear & concise reports, manuals, and maintain current & accurate records, files, etc. Have general knowledge of standard filing procedures Must be a proficient writer, to take the lead on marketing copy and reporting Must have exceptional organization and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to proofread and review reports and documents Warner Bros. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $49,000.00 - $91,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
