Job description: Responsible for responding to customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism. Responsible for addressing customer concerns efficiently and completely via the telephone and correspondence as appropriate. This will be a call center type position- making outbound calls for scheduling purposes for their field staff. They will also be taking some in bound calls for the same reason & backing up the two full times employees as needed
dealing with billing questions, setting up new accounts, & general customer service questions. Required Skills: Personal computing experience, including Microsoft Office applications. Two (2) years of experience in related business environment and customer service. SAP experience preferred.
