Customer Service Representative
Come join our team! American Leak Detection is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. We are excited to hire a dynamic individual that has excellent customer service and strong phone skills. Responsibilities and requirements include the following: primarily answering calls and preparing work orders, ability to record information accurately, schedule service calls, and dispatch technicians to the appropriate jobs. Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing skills with the ability to do business correspondence, respond to questions from managers, employees, and clients. Experience working with maps, knowledge of geographical area, and giving directions. Computer skills must include Word and Excel. Strong customer service skills, friendly tone of voice that is confident and reassuring. Honesty in communication and the ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills with a proficient business vocabulary. At least one year of customer service experience is required. Selected candidate will have to successfully complete a background investigation prior to employment. Job is full-time (8am-4pm) and offers health insurance, vacation, holiday pay, and a 401k plan once eligible.
