This is a high‑impact role for a leader who combines deep investment knowledge with advanced technical expertise to deliver platforms that enhance performance, improve risk management, and maximize net investment income.## **What You’ll Do*** Lead the digital transformation of Investment Management and build a scalable, modern investment technology roadmap.* Assess current systems, databases, and front‑end applications; recommend and implement advanced investment technologies.* Oversee the design, integration, and maintenance of secure, resilient, and performance‑driven platforms—including AI/ML tools.* Partner with asset class heads, engineers, data scientists, and enterprise IT teams to deliver innovative solutions.* Evaluate emerging investment technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting‑edge.* Create dashboards, documentation, and visualizations that support investment insights and platform transparency.## ## **Required Qualifications:*** 10+ years working experience* 6+ years experience with investment and technical support across multi‑asset portfolios.* 5+ years experience Experience with secure, compliant architectures; bonus for full‑stack development and modern data tooling, in addition to AI and machine learning* Proven leadership in designing, implementing, and scaling investment systems and data platforms.* Strong background in infrastructure assessment, databases, real‑time data processing, and front‑end investment applications.* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly across teams.## ## **Why This Role Matters**You will architect the next generation of investment technology—directly influencing how our teams analyze markets, manage risk, and deliver performance. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
