
Associate Director Marketing, HCP Engagement - Dermatology

The Associate Director, HCP Engagement/Market Development – US Dermatology Marketer will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives, directed at healthcare providers (HCP) in support of all dermatology indications. This role reports into the Sr. Director, US Dermatology Market Development Lead.
In this position a typical day may include the following:
Develop and implement a comprehensive peer-to-peer engagement strategy to support overall dermatology franchise strategy
Develop and maintain key customer relationships and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KoL) as appropriate to implement market development tactics.
Design, manage, and scale speaker programs, KOL identification and mapping, and peer-facilitated educational initiatives.
Plan and complete congress and scientific meeting strategies.
Assist in the development of scientific and educational content for peer interactions (slide decks, discussion guides, clinical data summaries).
Manage program budgets, timelines, vendors, and external agency partners; ensure effective project governance and vendor performance.
Ensure all peer engagement activities and materials align with applicable legal, regulatory, and company policies; partner closely with Medical Affairs and Regulatory/Legal.
Serve as a cross-functional partner to Sales, Medical Affairs, and other internal partners to align strategy and execution.
Effectively manage congress and sponsorship budgets and collaborate closely with Finance
Work cross-functionally to create, manage, and track the joint budgets to ensure that the alliance is operating within aligned budget goals and appropriate full-year phasing
Ensure that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines
Accountable for Joint Review Committee (JRC) procedures and submissions aligned to relevant promotional Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
