Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). Becker’s mission is to develop self‑directed learners to thrive in a changing global community.
Position Summary Theater or directing experience at the high school level is preferred. Reporting to the Activities Director, the director will lead our high school spring play program, guiding students through every step of the production; from casting and rehearsals to the final performance. This should be done while creating a supportive, fun, and educational environment. The director will work closely with the Technical Director, PAC Coordinator, and/or the Community Education Department to coordinate all aspects of the production, including stage, lighting, sound, and facility needs, ensuring a smooth and successful show for our students and audience.
Schedule Daily practices would take place at the conclusion of our school day (2:55pm). Practice times will vary and will be set and communicated by the Director.
Salary & Benefits $3031.00
