Produce fully styled, on-brand model imagery and PDP videos in days

Expand creative range with diverse and custom models, poses, and settings

Eliminate costly reshoots and scale content across hundreds or thousands of products

Role Overview As our first marketing hire, you'll own marketing strategy and content execution across priority growth channels. This is both strategic and hands‑on. We want to make ’Setset’ synonymous with gen‑AI fashion content.

We’re looking for a self‑starter who is able to get scrappy. You'll partner with the co‑founders while working with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities In your first 10 weeks, you’ll focus on foundation‑building and highest‑impact channels. As we scale, the scope will evolve.

Marketing Strategy & Growth

Define marketing strategy suited for Setset’s business model and identify gaps

Identify and prioritize 1‑2 core growth channels for our target audience: Creative Directors frustrated with shoot logistics, Heads of eCommerce drowning in SKU backlogs, agencies producing visual assets for fashion brands

Define and track key marketing metrics

Map partnership opportunities for community‑building and lead‑gen

Support brand and product positioning and website communications

Content Execution

Design and implement content roadmap (with input from co‑founders)

Create valuable content (writing, design, video) and own distribution across priority channels (currently Linkedin, Instagram, and newsletter)

Build organic authority that attracts, educates and engages our target audience

Explore additional channels: fashion/e‑comm communities, creator collaborations, events

Qualifications

4+ years B2B marketing or B2C fashion marketing, with track record of owning strategy and execution

Strong writing and communications skills

Platform fluency: knows what works on LinkedIn vs. Instagram

Curious, with a drive to learn and explore new technical tools

Comfortable with ambiguity and making strategic bets with limited data

Experience in fashion, eCommerce or creative production industries

Experience working in an early‑stage startup or with AI workflows is a plus

Design and video editing skills is a plus

Structure & Compensation

Contract role at ~16‑20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow into a full‑time role as we scale

Remote (US or Europe hours)

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
