
Frontline Applicant Tracking - Dover-Eyota Public Schools
Structure:
Two days a week in each district, one day hybrid

Contract Length:
3-year (re-evaluated by both school boards in November 2028)
Salary:
$125k-$135k depending on previous experience
Reports to:
District Superintendents
Application Deadline:
February 18, 3 PM (interviews scheduled shortly after deadline)
Qualifications Licensure:
MN Administrative License, MN Teaching License
Knowledge/Skills:
Trained in the Science of Reading (or ability to complete within first six months), Previous teaching experience, leadership experience, and effective communication skills.

Plainview-Elgin-Millville and Dover-Eyota Schools are both located in the Rochester, MN area. The districts are 20 miles apart.
Lead the district's curriculum review cycle across all subject areas (ensuring alignment to Minnesota Academic Standards or state equivalents).
Lead the unpacking and implementation of state standards and new MCA assessments as they are released.
Serve as both districts' Literacy Lead, leading the READ ACT Legislation requirements.
Coordinate curriculum adoption processes, including textbook and resource selection, pilot programs, and teacher feedback loops.
Develop and support district-wide instructional frameworks.
Guide district-wide instructional decision-making through analysis and interpretation of formative, interim, and summative assessment data.
Serve as a collaborative member of each district's leadership cabinet and administrative team.
Work with both districts to design, present, and align meaningful staff development opportunities for all staff.
Provide instructional coaching that promotes best practices across all curricular areas, increasing student engagement and strengthening teacher efficacy.
Present at least quarterly to each school board on progress, initiatives, and assessment data, as appropriate.
Assist with the completion of state reporting and grant writing in areas of teaching and learning (e.g., Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness, Local Literacy Plan, etc.).
Lead the MTSS Process, ensuring strong interventions for grades K-12 for all students.
Write and manage curriculum-related grants (literacy, innovation, CTE, SEL initiatives).
Model and build a learning culture — promoting collaboration, innovation, and reflection among staff.
Support communications with parents/community around academic programming, new curriculum adoptions, and student progress.
