Job Description The overall goal of the Owner Engagement department is to increase usage of our ownership and membership products, including Vacation Ownership, Vacation Occupancy Agreements (VOA), Travel Club, and the World of Westgate Mastercard®, which in turn increases retention and lowers delinquency. The role of the

Owner Engagement Marketing Senior Manager

is to analyze needs of the company’s occupancy, plan marketing strategies, manage and implement campaigns. The ideal candidate would also communicate and coordinate our efforts within our department and to other internal resources.

What You Will Do:

Marketing Management Duties will involve:

Preparing quarterly marketing strategies to increase reservations, room nights, and revenue

Putting together estimates and budgets for marketing campaigns, submitting for approval, and facilitating the creation of supporting email campaigns and digital and print collateral

Working with the Digital Marketing team to create digital journeys and triggered campaigns and the Creative Design team to design print material

Coordinating all operational aspects involved in a campaign including call center system setup and team member training

Evaluating campaign performance via Tableau Reporting and listening to associated phone calls

Analyzing, tracking, and delivering campaign results

Proactively seek improvements by learning from successes and underperforming projects

Directing social media strategies with the help of the SEO/SEM team

Increasing utilization of the Owner Account Management website

Growing users of the Westgate Resorts Mobile App

Occupancy Management Duties will involve:

Regularly examining the Pace and Usage Reports for the Owner, VOA and Travel Club business segments

Researching inventory and allotment in various systems from the Owner Console to westgateresorts.com to westgateowners.com

World of Westgate Mastercard Manager Duties will involve:

Support Timeshare Sales and Resort Personnel in acquiring applications through training, maintaining communication, and ordering collateral

Plan acquisition, new account nurture, and existing cardholder campaigns with bank partner and the Digital Marketing team

Coordinate and execute annual HOA billing campaign with the help of bank partner, Creative Design team, and Mortgage and Account Services departments

Preforms other duties as appropriate or assigned.

What You Will Bring:

Minimum 5 years in marketing

Strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Ability to take initiative without being asked

Ability to embrace challenges and enjoy learning new things

Excellent communication skills

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in marketing, advertising, business studies, or equivalent; or five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
