
Large Group Account Executive
Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Large Group Account Executive
to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to managing and servicing a book of business consisting of 15-20 clients, primarily focusing on accounts with 100+ employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-funding, level funding, and fully insured accounts, as well as experience in renewal projections, marketing, and resolving escalated claims issues.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of business consisting of 15-20 clients.
Act as a project manager for client accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding of new business and ongoing client satisfaction.
Conduct renewal projections and assist with marketing efforts as needed.
Address and resolve escalated claims issues in a timely and professional manner.
Attend in-person client meetings as required, at least quarterly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and growth goals are achieved.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations:
Life & Health license required; additional designations are a plus.
Experience:
3-5 years in a broker or carrier Account Manager/Account Executive role, with a focus on medical insurance (not just ancillary).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with proprietary systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a client-focused approach.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Travel:
Ability to travel to client meetings within driving distance of Seattle.
