Responsibilities Include
Oversee the HR department and manage the HR team
Handle credentialing, insurance, compliance, and employee relations
Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Oversee policies, procedures, and HR compliance
Support leadership with strategic HR planning
Manage day-to-day HR operations across the organization
Ideal Qualifications
Senior HR leadership experience
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of compliance, credentialing, and HR operations
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Salary: $130k - $170k/Year
