Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, lead, coach and develop Distributor Sales partners across the Sales Region: Northeast.
Develop sales strategies and execute sales plans to drive regional sales performance with the objective tomeet or exceed revenue, growth and profitability targets.
Have experience and proficiency supporting spine implants in the operating room and be willing to do so foricotec products.
Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company strategy and product launch priorities.
Budget responsibility for Territory (planning, controlling, reporting).
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, hospital administrators and health systems.
Analyze sales data, pipeline activity and market trends to inform decision making and resource allocation.
Represent the company as required, including attendance at important functions, industry events and publicmeetings; employee will be required for Company back-up on occasion to assist outside of the Territory.
Ensure service/quality reporting and training for Hospitals and distribution of Company goods.
Perform all other duties as reasonably may be directed by the VP Sales.
Collaborate with internal icotec Marketing, Education and Sales Team members to further develop andcultivate awareness of icotec and product offerings.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
8-10 + years of medical device sales experience, at least 5 years of which are spine surgery.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in the field.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Northeast and nationally for Society and company meetings (60-75%)
