P.E. license.
Ability to lead a team of engineers.
Deep knowledge of hydrology, stormwater systems, water quality regulations, and infrastructure planning.
A track record of solving complex problems with creativity and decisiveness.
A communicator who can inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and champion public trust.
