ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Alison Fourtner, you have the opportunity to join an extremely successful agency for a lifelong career. You will enhance your career while educating people about insurance needs, resolving customer inquiries, and coordinating with other agency team members. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for driven and sales‑minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Make daily outbound dials and sell insurance.
Maintain client records and update information as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong oral/written communication, teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.
Ability to multi‑task.
Must be able to obtain (or already possess) Texas General Lines Property and Casualty and Texas General Lines Life, Accident and Health licenses.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
