Alex Vindman for Florida is looking for a Digital Director for the 2026 election cycle. As part of the campaign’s senior staff, this person will manage and execute the campaign’s digital strategy, working closely with the Campaign Manager, Finance Director, Communications Director and digital consultants. A successful candidate will understand the scale of Alex and Rachel existing reach and how to leverage that reach to meet campaign ends, as well as, be aware of current online trends with a proven ability to adapt to a changing digital landscape, have some experience managing large-scale online fundraising programs, and have a deep understanding of how different types of content are suited to different social media platforms. Responsibilities include: Create and implement the digital strategy for a top-tier Senate race Manage and grow a social media portfolio across multiple platforms reaching millions of followers Draft and post across social platforms like X, Substack, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok that uplift the campaign’s core message and generates earned media Identify new media opportunities and non-traditional social strategies across platforms like Substack, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Youtube Develop the campaign’s vertical video program across channels like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts Lead digital partner engagement efforts, including creating online toolkits for supporters Work closely with the communications team to apply opponent messaging across digital channels and to capitalize on rapid response moments Manage influencer, surrogate, and validator outreach programs Brainstorm and propose content and other long-term projects Track metrics on a weekly basis to make data-driven decisions to grow programs Craft the campaign’s digital distributed content outreach strategy Coordinate/implement the digital fundraising strategy for a top-tier Senate race across email, ads, texting, website, bundling, and other channels Work with the digital fundraising firm to build a collaborative environment that sets up the digital fundraising program for success, including tracking analytics and making recommendations to hit projections Build and maintain accurate digital projections that inform cashflow decisions, working closely with the Finance Director and Campaign Manager

Qualified candidates will have: 2+ years managing digital programs Senate campaign experience is not required, but strongly preferred Have strong writing skills, with proven ability to write in multiple “voices” Experience growing social media programs Experience growing digital fundraising programs is a plus Experience developing and managing digital projections is a plus Experience in influencer outreach is a plus, but not required Experience in video editing or graphic design is a plus, but not required Be highly creative and ready to tell stories in a unique way Strong attention to detail with ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines An ability to reprioritize quickly to respond to breaking news and the changing online environment An understanding of campaign comms strategy and strong political instincts A commitment to a no-drama attitude
