In this role, you will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of core platform features that developers and SREs rely on to observe and understand their systems. You will work closely with customers, product teams, and stakeholders to identify problems, validate solutions, and ensure that your products are both valuable and technically feasible. Your responsibilities will span shaping product strategy, defining roadmaps, and advocating for user needs, with a strong focus on outcomes and measurable impact. Accountabilities
Drive product discovery by engaging directly with users, conducting interviews, and gathering insights to inform solutions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
Advocate for customer needs, ensuring the platform effectively addresses challenges in observability and operations.
Measure and validate outcomes to confirm that delivered solutions solve the intended problems.
Balance technical feasibility, business constraints, and domain expertise to guide product decisions.
Communicate product vision, rationale, and priorities clearly to teams, stakeholders, and executives.
Requirements
Deep understanding of observability tools and the open-source ecosystem (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus).
Experience operating complex software systems, with strong familiarity in software operations.
Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to set up analytics tooling and derive insights from complex datasets.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work CET timezone hours and collaborate in a remote-first environment.
Bonus: Experience in AI/ML product management and prior exposure to high-growth startup environments.
