What You Will Be Doing:

Lead a team of 1 to 2 Product Marketers who each own a specific market area — a cross section of product functionality, competitors and personas. We build expertise in these areas individually and use them as the building blocks of our broader strategy, messaging and positioning

Collaborate closely with GTM to develop sales tools, enablement resources, as well as product and persona‑focused collateral

Focusing on team leadership, team building, mentorship, and setting goals/OKRs for a high‑performing Product Marketing team

Develop comprehensive launch plans that include messaging, positioning, content, sales enablement materials, and training programs to support successful product adoption

Coordinate the timing and execution of product launches to ensure alignment with broader business and marketing objectives

Create new ways of working such as GTM & Product Councils to align stakeholders around launches as well as facilitate feedback directly from the field

Key Skills:

Experience within SaaS B2B companies - even if in other roles prior to PMM

10+ years of Product Marketing or relevant experience (at least 5 of those should be direct Product Marketing experience).

Procurement Industry focus

3+ years of leading a team

Experience crafting compelling, value‑driven product and partnerships messaging and positioning

Technical competence (knowing the technical ins and outs of how their product works)

Great at simplifying complex technical concepts into compelling stories

Exhibits empathy for customers & prospects; puts the buyer first in everything they do

Able to think big picture and prioritize what’s most important, but also able to roll up sleeves and ship compelling work product.

Thrives in fast‑paced and sometimes ambiguous situations; enjoys finding the right path forward

Base Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $276,000.00

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
