
About the Role:
A growing company is seeking an experienced and people-focused Director of HR to lead all human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong teams, creating a positive workplace culture, and ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and motivated.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff
Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and compliance matters
Proactively create initiatives to improve morale, engagement, and retention
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior HR role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A true “people person” with emotional intelligence
Ability to work proactively and independently
Experience in fast-growing or dynamic environments preferred
Salary: $100k-$150k /year
