R0034053**ROCKWOOL** is currently seeking a **Territory Sales Manager, South Central**, a true professional with high energy and a proven track record of success who will represent the ROCKWOOL values of ambition, responsibility, integrity and efficiency.

**The candidate will be based in Houston, TX and will cover a territory that includes south TX: Houston, San Antonio, Corpus, the Rio Grande Valley, and Louisiana**.

This position reports to the District Sales Manager and has no direct reports.

**ROCKWOOL** Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings. **What You Will Be Doing*** Maintain existing business and expand **ROCKWOOL’s** position as a major supplier of stone wool insulation to the entire building insulation sector with a focus on commercial projects.* Develop and nurture robust business relationships with customers and industry professionals including insulation and building material distributors, contractors, and architects, with some knowledge of the residential market.* Maintain awareness of local competitive conditions in the assigned area* Achieve established sales and profit goals while operating within the allocated expense budget **What You Bring*** **3+ years sales experience w/ strong track record of success in Building Materials/ Construction sales a MUST*** **Understanding of the commercial construction process*** **College degree, preferred*** **High drive, commitment, energy and integrity*** **Strong presentation, training skills and effective time managemen*** **Professional communication** – both written and oral* **Strong computer skills** – MS Office and CRM* Local travel with ability to **travel overnights up to 50% of the time** **What We Offer*** **Competitive Pay & Benefits from Day 1:**

Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
