A law firm seeks a Corporate Tax Associate in Menlo Park, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax aspects of complex corporate and partnership transactions, including strategic and private equity M&A transactions, and domestic and international tax planning and structuring.

Advise on tax matters impacting high-growth businesses and their investors. Work with growth-stage technology and life science companies and investors. Engage in domestic and international tax planning and structuring. Requirements
3-6 years of experience at a peer law firm. Exceptional academic credentials. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located. Education
J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
