Location: Remote with Travel (20% travel)
Type: Full Time
Salary: $45,000-$62,000 + monthly bonus potential.

The Job The ABC talent team is on a mission to discover and hire the best human beings to grow with us. As we continue to invest in people, we are hiring a Sr. Talent Advisor to help us expand our footprint across the country and ensure as many children have access to ABA services that need them. As a Clinical Talent Advisor, you will play an integral role in hiring our most sought after talent (clinical) across ABC.
What You'll Do
Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting the most competitive offer
Provide thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market.
Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
Identify and attract qualified clinical talent (ex. Behavior Analysts In Training)
Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search progress reports, status updates, and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership.
What We Look For
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of recruiting experience
High volume experience preferred
Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader.
Fun, go-getter personality that plays well with others and has the grit to get the job done
