Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance products clearly Capability in client relationship building, client management, and networking Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle client accounts effectively Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales goals Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is preferred Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous Current relevant insurance licensing or willingness to obtain it Motivation for professional growth and continuous learning in the insurance industry
