This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Associate with extensive expertise in "Dirt law" mainly leasing, conveyancing, as well as construction & development.
The firm are renowned for their top tier practice groups and are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with extensive experience to join the dynamic real estate team. It'll be an opportunity to work in a tight-knit group that offers broad training and early responsibility to Associates, as well as working directly with the Partners.

The Candidate
Experienced Real Estate Associate with expertise in "dirt law" real estate transactions
Experience in Leasing, Conveyancing, design/construction, and development
Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to the NYC bar
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organization and time-management skills
