
AI Solutions Manager: Expert Services Product & Delivery Manager

Client & Partner Ecosystem: Enterprise Clients, VARs, Resellers, Systems Integrators, Delivery Partners
Focus Areas: Edge Data Centers, AI Solution Sets, SaaS, Fintech, Digital Infrastructure Platforms
Description Own and scale an AI consulting and advisory services portfolio that supports the commercial growth of Expert Services and AI Solutions platforms. Act as the primary liaison and account manager across clients, VARs, resellers, and delivery partners—bridging sales, solution design, and delivery execution.
This role is accountable for selling pilot engagements, converting them into repeatable consulting products and templates, and expanding accounts through multi-phase advisory programs aligned to edge data center and AI infrastructure deployments.

$XM in recurring and project-based consulting services revenue
Pilot engagements converted into repeatable, template-driven offerings
A standardized consulting product catalog and SOW library
5+ anchor enterprise clients with repeat advisory and delivery work
Consulting offerings embedded into sales-led infrastructure pursuits
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary AI Solutions & Expert Services owner for strategic client and partner accounts
Sell pilot projects sourced from the sales team, partner ecosystem and external
Expand pilots into repeatable engagements and long-term advisory programs
Act as the front-line consulting interface with: VARs and resellers, systems integrators and delivery partners, enterprise and mid-market clients
Partner with channel and alliances teams to co-develop joint offerings
Drive Expert Services and AI Solutions product roadmap
Translate recurring client needs into productized service offerings
Define: Pilot structures and MVPs, Repeatable templates and delivery frameworks, Pricing models and margin targets
AI-Enabled Solution Design & Advisory Leadership
Apply functional knowledge of AI solutions and infrastructure workloads to Expert Services (consulting) sales and solution design
Advise clients on technical AI and infrastructure concepts
Lead AI-focused Expert Services engagements translating AI workloads into productized consulting offerings. Advise enterprise clients and partners on AI-ready data center operational solutions. Partner with VARs, integrators, and sales teams to design pilot deployments and proofs of concept, converting outcomes into repeatable templates, reference architectures, and revenue-generating advisory products.
SOW, SLA & Commercial Structuring
Author, scope, and negotiate SOWs, SLAs, and MSAs
Delivery Oversight & Partner Coordination
Oversee consulting delivery (Expert Services) across internal teams and external partners
Practice Development & Go-to-Market Enablement
Build repeatable: Consulting playbooks, Sales enablement materials, Delivery methodologies
Ideal Background
5–10+ years in consulting, professional services, product-led services, advisory roles
Experience working with VARs, resellers, integrators, and delivery partners
Proven ability to sell, scope, and manage Expert Services engagements
Experience with data centers, AI infrastructure, cloud, & digital infrastructure
Operating as both account manager and product owner
Consulting product management & lifecycle ownership
Consultative and solution-based selling
Account management and partner coordination
AI-functional knowledge
SOW / SLA structuring and negotiation
Program governance and delivery oversight
