Job Title: Central U.S. Regional Sales Engineer/ Manager – Precision Machine Tools Industry: Machine Tool Sales (CNC Machines) Location: Remote – Must live in MN, WI, MI, IL, IA, MO, or AR Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in CNC machine tool sales to drive growth across the Central U.S. territory. Candidates must have direct experience selling capital equipment for machine tool OEMs or high-end distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow territory sales for precision CNC machine tools

Manage key accounts and build OEM/distributor relationships

Conduct on-site customer visits and technical sales presentations

Forecast sales and achieve annual revenue targets

Requirements

5+ years of CNC machine tool sales experience (required)

Proven success selling capital equipment

Willingness to travel extensively within territory

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
