We're looking for one person who loves the phone, thrives on rhythm, and wants to build a real career in real estate sales — not just a job.
What you'll actually be doing: You’ll be the first voice our leads hear. Your job is to make 200 calls a day, have real conversations, and set qualified appointments for our agents. No fluff. No babysitting. You’ll have a clean CRM, proven scripts, a massive warm database, and a team behind you that knows how to close what you set.
What success looks like:
200 dials/day
6–7 conducted appointments/month
10–12 closed transactions per year attributed to your pipeline
Weekly 1:1 coaching so you're always improving, never guessing
What you'll earn:
Bonus per conducted appointment: $100
Bonus per closing: 5% of GCI (~$1,250 per deal at our average)
Realistic OTE: $70,000–$75,000
Top performer OTE: $80,000+

Who we're looking for: You’ve made a lot of calls before — maybe in real estate, maybe in another sales environment — and you know the phone isn’t scary, it’s just a skill. You don’t make excuses when the numbers are off. You figure out why and fix it. You take feedback like a pro and come back stronger the next day.
Real estate license is a plus but not required to start.
