Role Overview Were looking for proactive and detail-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Solutions Advisor. In this fully remote role, you willwork directly with clients to research options, coordinate arrangements, and ensure every booking is handled accurately from start to finish.

This position is centered around delivering thoughtful solutions, clear communication, and a smooth client experience. If you enjoy organizing details, solving problems, and guiding people through important plans, this could be a great fit. Full training is provided.

What You'll Do

Design and coordinate customized itineraries based on individual client rerquirements

Confirm reservations and verify all booking details for accuracy

Provide clear, helpful recommendations that align with client preferences and budgets

Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms

Manage changes, updates, and service-related requests efficiently

Maintain organized records and documentation

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continued development
