This is a full-time, on-site Civil Designer role located in Wenatchee, WA. The Civil Designer will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering designs and layouts for civil projects, such as roadways, utilities, site development, and drainage systems. The role will also involve collaborating with engineers, project managers, and architects to ensure project objectives are met. Additionally, the Civil Designer will review specifications, perform calculations, and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and knowledge of other design tools. Experience in civil design, including site development, utility layout, road design, and grading plans. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and regulations. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in engineering consulting or civil design projects is an asset. Familiarity with project management processes and delivering projects on time and within scope is a plus.
