Who Our Client is Looking For Our client ia seeking a Business Valuation professional with 2-3+ years of direct experience in valuation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Valuation of private credit instruments
Litigation consulting, particularly involving shareholder disputes or economic damages
Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
Experience working with private companies and startups
Ability to communicate complex valuation concepts to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CFA/ASA designation preferred)
2-3+ years of experience in valuation, investment banking, or financial advisory
Proficiency in Excel-based modeling and valuation software
Strong writing and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
