
Position Summary
The Commercial Loan Booking Specialist III is responsible for interpretation and input of all loan information into the Core and all corresponding loan systems with special attention to logic and legality in the review of documents and loan funds disbursement.
Duties & Responsibilities
Input all new loans into system
Process all loan modifications, renewals, and extensions
Review loan documents for inconsistencies
Disbursement of loan funds via wire transfer or internal deposit
Keep current on new products and loan policy changes
Knowledge of ongoing regulation changes and loan programs
Assist other areas and special projects as needed
Serve as an additional resource to associates in department for questions/trouble shooting of daily processes and procedures
Monitor workflows and phone queues
Assist with training of new hires and continual training of current staff
Education & Experience
Knowledge of:
Good oral and written communication skills
Corporate policies and procedures: CIP, Red Flag, FCRA, Reg Z, RESPA, USA PATRIOT ACT, etc.
Legal documents
Ability to:
Multi-task and work independently
Perform duties under frequent time pressures
Solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion
Education and Training:
Requires High School diploma; higher education preferred
4+ years' experience with general loan accounting transactions
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office
Compensation And Benefits Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
(Base Pay Range: $25 - $32/ hour)
