What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Bank Iowa, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and growth of the region's loan portfolio consisting of a mixture of commercial, real estate, and agriculture loans. You will develop new lending and deposit business and expand existing relationships, while having overall responsibility for the lending department, including the processing and servicing of loans. Manages an agriculture and commercial loan portfolio with total outstanding balance of $20 to $40 million and manages 20-40 client relationships requiring annual review. Recommends interest rate and fee structure for prospects and clients. Coordinates with internal and external legal counsel in the interpretation and implementation of new and existing federal and state regulations and statutes. Assists with annual budget estimates for the loan growth and rate forecasts. Oversees regulatory compliance with federal and state regulations for the lending department. Performs other bank related duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements

Skills/Experience You'll Need
